The service for BMW has gone dramatically downhill since Morgan acquired the business from Reeves. There is zero focus on customers, no feeling of luxury and an obvious scheme to dramatically overcharge loyal customers. I scheduled a 1:00 maintenance appointment (oil change and brake fluid) because they do not book between 11:30-1:00 for lunch. One would think a luxury automotive repair business would see you immediately upon checking in - especially after a 1.5 hour break when no appointments were scheduled. I waited 20 minutes to even be seen by my service advisor. I told my advisor I would be waiting and had an appointment in three hours. He said that should be fine. He asked if I wanted the car washed - I said I did. Fast forward 2.5 hours and I had no word back from my advisor (or anyone) as I waited in the sparse lobby. I texted my advisor who said my car should be done in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later - still no word. I text again and am told it's coming right around the corner but do they have time to do the wash which he says takes 20 minutes. At this point I've been there three hours for an oil change that was supposed to take no more than two hours and I'm leaving with a dirty car due to Morgan's inability to manage time. Lastly, in reviewing recommended service - it was suggested the cabin air filter be changed which I agreed to, until I was quoted a price - $579 for a cabin air filter change. I googled how much this charge should be and it comes back at $200-$400. Further, the part alone costs $50. This is ridiculous. I declined the service. Lastly, kept being pushed to sign up for "morgan credits" which no one could explain if it was a true credit card or just a prepaid service card. I was told that would have knocked $50 off the air filter - gee thanks. I had already pre-bought the oil change package last year. Unfortunately I have one change left that I have prepaid for. I think Morgan recognizes people who have pre-bought and deliberately offers WORSE service to them because they are locked in. In summary, I will not be returning to Morgan BMW except to get my last prepaid oil change. The do not value customers' time and there is no feeling of luxury for what they are charging. DO NOT GO HERE. FOLLOW UP - Despite the comment from Management below asking to speak with me about my experience, I did email the email they provided. It has been 20 days and I have received no response from my email. Reinforces my recommendation - DO NOT GO HERE.

My experience started with Brandon Hyundai bought a BMW X3 and even though they say they do a 150 point inspection I think they lost a lot of points first there was a recall while at the BMW of Tampa found out what I already knew the motor mounts were bad so was the radiator hoses and reservoir. Took back to Brandon Hyundai after a week on a rental car the vehicle was supposed to have all new hoses and mounts from BMW but after getting a message that my coolant level was low and the BMW service did an inspection found out that the hoses and mounts that Brandon Hyundai install were not right after asking BMW to check all the hoses I had nothing but issues the car is messaging that the coolant is low and can smell a slight coolant burning smell. Already had cost me $5000 out of pocket and the car still not right never had so many issues with a BMW Try to contact service advisor and could not get a response back I advice the last time to check all hoses was told all were check but still having issues spend all my savings in buying this vehicle for my wife and now had to spend more I probably should had taken all my savings and bought a new vehicle I already made my bed now I have to live with visiting BMW Service every week and waiting for days to get my vehicle back

Fellow Porsche fans, do you need another Porsche? Right, who doesn't? I needed another Porsche. I was looking for a 718 Cayman style edition. My salesman Scott took care of me and got me a Porsche style edition. This is the last year that these cars will be made. A sad ending to an illustrious model. Regretfully they're going for a battery powered sports car for this line of cars, which I regret. You'll never see me driving one, no thank you. The dealership is quite new and inviting. A good Porsche shopping experience awaits. Like you my fellow gearheads, I perceive Porsche is going to have less than a warm reception with their electric sports cars.

The customer is still king here. Everything is a very well organized machinery to get you in and out quickly as possible. Comfortable while you wait. All reps are super polite. Never had a bad experience here.

First time visiting a BMW dealership in the states. Salesman was awesome. No pressure. Easy going. Patient. Pleased with the service and the fact that he took lots of pictures of us with our new car!
