I drove all the way from Miami to pick up a Hayabusa, and I’d do it again without hesitation. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and on point—everything moved quickly and smoothly. A huge shoutout to the sales manager, Marisa Saucedo. She was genuinely amazing—answered every question I had, greeted me right at the door, and even hooked me up with a $25 store credit. That’s the kind of above-and-beyond service you don’t forget. I did run into a hiccup with the financing guy, but I won’t go into details because the rest of the team doesn’t deserve that shadow. What matters is Andrew (the owner) and his staff stepped in and made it right, and that says everything about how they run their business. Overall, this was a great experience, and I honestly feel like I got an incredible deal. Great value and cannot be happier with the purchase.
This is a no nonsense dealership. If you want a salesman who is straightforward and will tell you everything you need to know I would highly recommend going here. Tim made the process very easy allowing me to get the bike I wanted in less than two days. This place is family owned which I love, and I felt that they want the extra mile to make the bike shopping experience enjoyable.

This place is absolutely bottom tier of all places I’ve been to. My parents went here twice. Once at the end of the day and they had no interest in staying to make the sale. Understandable. They went up there today early. Ready to buy cash or finance if they got a good interest rate. Checked out a cf moto that was new but from last year. Plastic was cracking on it. Full of leafs and had a dead battery. So they tried to negotiate a little bit and asked if they would move the price a little bit. You know to like fix the problems on a “new” machine that’s not been owned by anyone it’s sat on the lot long enough for the battery to go flat and plastic to crack. Asked the sales lady about the price and she just shrugged like she didn’t care and asked do you need anything else and ran back inside. Absolutely poor service that I’m not going to be servicing my rmax 4 here ever nor having my parents get dumped on for trying to spend 15k here. Ironically I bought my rmax from sky power and my personal sales man told me he had came from here as well. What a bullet I dodged not stepping in here and going to Lakeland the drive is totally worth it. What a shame I’m 3 miles away from here and your sales people aren’t even interested in doing their jobs. I’ll continue to make my 45min to hr drive to Lakeland for my services and future purchases for me and my family. Atleast they treat you like a valued customer. Thanks for showing me early on the real colors here instead of waiting till after I gave you any of my money.
I walked in expecting to have to wait a couple days to buy a new motorcycle and for everything to process, but Marisa helped me right from the jump and got me in and out with all the paperwork signed in less than two hours!
