Don’t waist your time with these people I was going to buy a Ranger 1500 that they had but CHRIS who was to give me a value on my trade took forever to get back to me after I gave him the info on my trade. When he did get back he said he had a vision issue but that was getting better and asked for more info only to ghost me again and never get back to me . If I was the salesman that I contacted who passed me off to Chris for a trade valuation I would be furious about losing the sale because of him. Additionally this isn’t a great time to be trying to sell these types of vehicles and sales are down this year anyway as this was last years model left over and every dealer I talked to said sales have been down. Either way if I owned this dealership Chris would be gone. You can’t afford to lose sales because you have people on the payroll that will not do their job and get back to the customer.
called to order a part the dealer locator network showed this dealer had in stock. was promptly informed that unless i was there in person they would not sell me the part as they will not take payment over the phone, even from another powersports dealer. i have been in this business for 40 years, and have never encountered this from any business!! thanks for nothing, why even be in business if your not going to sell parts???? corporate honda needs to be aware of this.... what a joke
Easy experience: Not only did they have me in and out within 30 minutes, but they arranged to have my new bike set up for me with new custom suspension. When the new bike was done they even dropped it off at my house
Good selection and everyone there was great! We were there pretty late in the afternoon on a Saturday and nobody made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. We were at a different Yamaha dealer earlier in the day and were sorely disappointed with the way they treated us. Maxeys was great and has our business for sure!
I’ve now dealt with Maxeys Motorsports a few times and They’ve had some of the best customer service i’ve encountered in a long time! Today I needed a part that they didn’t have in stock & would have to order it, Josh went out of his way to help locate a dealership that had what I needed in stock now (we needed it this weekend) Prices are great also, a few weeks ago we picked up a few items and it was less expensive than even Amazon! Definitely will be going back!
