Absolutely terrible. Went there on Saturday with the idea of they couldn’t do it so what. Had a hole in my bike tire patched it up just needed the tube replaced went over to see if they’d even bother to do and showed them told them what happened they said yeah we can do it since it’s only a tube. LIES, got a call after they decided to take my wheel off saying we can’t do that since there’s a patch in it. Yeah that’s why I brought it there ended up getting scammed out of 140$ because of them not telling me the everything. Also they still took the tire off after you can very visibly see the patch mark but still charged me for labor a Quick Look at this would’ve saved me money and them on time such a waste never again
Took razor in for a tune up, safety switch for brake pedal for starting easier, replaced manifold gasket and “ attempted to install 1 door” I brought the aftermarket doors to him and told them I’d understand if they couldn’t get them due to being aftermarket, when I picked it up I was taken by the price$1200 and they didn’t even get the doors on that I brought. Once I did the break down I realized just how badly I got ripped off, they didn’t get the doors on and left the bracket off that was one there helping keep people in there seat, bolts was left hanging. When I brought it to the attention of the guy working the service he said well they thought they was doing you a favor lmfao. Favor, half assing the job and charging more than double if I took it elsewhere. So the moral to the story is. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS
The best power sports dealer in the Mid-Ohio Valley, Matt and Jim in the service department are awesome, I buy all my motocross gear in there. Cody is always good to work with when it comes to gear selection and good conversation. Lemon and Barrett’s has treated me exceptionally since I started going there. I highly recommend stopping in or using their services for whatever your needs may be.
I am quite disappointed in the treatment I received when my husband and I went there jusr now to pick up our new 4 wheeler. I realize in the scheme of things, we didn't spend big big bucks, but we were BOTH standing there and the salesman asked my husband what size shirt HE wore, did not even acknowledge me, let alone give me a shirt too. It wasn't just Donnie, the salesman, apparently I was invisible to everyone there. Not one worker even spoke to me. Wow!!
