I brought my Challenger here to have the Lloydz Tune on it after some exhaust modifications. The shop is clean and organized. They are very nice and easy to speak with, they have some regulars that stop in from time to time to talk and drink a cup of coffee. Joe (the technician) was very helpful and went above and beyond with the ECU upgrade. While it was on the lift and during the test dive he noticed a couple of things that were off or need minor adjustments and handled them without being asked. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process, and the Indian is performing better than ever! My wife came with me and found a great denim jacket that I know she will wear. I drove 175 miles in from Texas to have the service and I’m not even upset with the drive. I’ll probably make it again next time I need good quality service with a friendly staff and a great selection of motorcycles and accessories.
The staff of this dealership go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I walked in not knowing anything about motorcycles, received honest information from the collective knowledge of years of experience and walked out with a great deal on a used motorcycle. Not every day you get to meet the owner working alongside his team. I would’ve never guessed he was the owner if he didn’t tell me. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I felt extremely valued as a customer. What really blew me away was their willingness to deliver it to my house and I didn’t even ask for that! Saved me a trip to grab a trailer and also paved the way to one heck of a Christmas Surprise from Santa for a young man in just a few more days! On the return leg of a recent coast-to-coast trip my Indian motorcycle overheated while passing through Oklahoma--in what turned out to be a water pump issue. In short: My experience with Indian Motorcycles of Oklahoma was outstanding. Their lead tech dropped what he was doing and immediately started on my Pursuit. Their policy is to do all that they can to assist traveling riders. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem even though there could have been multiple reasons for overheating. They had me out the door by the end of the day. The entire staff understands what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. I could not have asked for a higher degree of responsiveness, competency, or friendlier customer service. If I lived within 300 miles of this dealership, I'd gladly go to them for service. Every local customer I encountered shared equally glowing stories about the business. Two thumbs up for this dealership!
