I stopped in here on Friday August 1. Was in the showroom for over 20 minutes and didn’t see a single employee. They had a Springfield out front that I was very interested in but when you have no customer service I’m not going to wait around to try and buy a bike. Went over to Harley to take a look and was swamped by multiple people walking in the door. I’ll admit not my favorite but at least I was acknowledged! I will not be returning to this dealership.
Had such a great experience with Indian motorcycle Boise. Hunter was my sales guy and he made the whole process so easy. This was my first time buying a street bike and he was super great about answering all my questions and helping me find the right bike for my needs and budget. Highly, highly recommend them if you’re looking for a street bike and a great buying experience! And all the guys in there are great but if Hunter is the one helping you, you’re all set!
