What an amazing experience for the purchase of my first Harley Davidson (and really any bike bigger than a dirt bike). I purchased my 2024 Street Glide after viewing it on their website which had a lot of pictures and information on the bike. I worked with Frank Colavita and most of the sale was done over the phone with the paperwork sent to me via FedEx. Frank was awesome. He answered all my questions and sent me additional pictures of the bike when I requested. The paperwork came via FedEx and directions of what to complete, where to sign, and what send back were easy to follow. Now onto the delivery/bike pick up. What an experience. They pumped up the music, made an announcement across the whole store, and almost every employee came by to say congrats. I’ll never forget it! I also want mention Jon the parts sales manager took great care of me and helped me get a few goodies for the new ride. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but I had a great conversation with Doug and many others. Even the store owner talked with me. When I’m ready for my next one. Without a doubt I’ll be coming back to House of Harley and their team!!
I just wanted to express our gratitude to Rae and The House of Harley Davidson on behalf of my dad, Jim Hoppe. He lives at Discovery Commons Assisted Living, and loves to go for a ride on a motorcycle. The physical therapist, Patricia, knows he is unable to get onto a regular motorcycle and contacted Rae in hopes of finding someone to grant his wish. Rae worked her magic by reaching out to her contacts and found Chaplain Dan, from the American Legion. He brought his trike motorcycle to Discovery Commons and with Patricia's help was able to get on!!! At 88 years old my dad was able to enjoy a wonderful ride throughout Waukesha. We can't thank Patricia, Rae and Dan enough. Your time and efforts were greatly appreciated. He's hoping for another ride at 89!

Where do I start for someone as myself never owned or road a bike in my life “HOUSE OF HARLEY” , Frank Colavita and the staff at Harley made my wife and myself feel like family, and answered all of our questions and also educated me on couple of things about riding. So I got my First Harley Davidson a 2024 softail Heritage and I Love it . Road it by myself for the first time alone . What can I say if you ride YOU know what I’m saying. So If I can give Frank and the staff More than 5 stars I definitely would . So if your looking for a new bike or just want to add another to your collection go to HOUSE OF HARLEY ask for Frank or one of staff members they would love to help you, get you a bike and on the road . I ended up buying a newer bike to me and I can’t say how great the experience was working with Frank and House of Harley. Not only was he very observant on my wants but took great care of me through the process. We stopped in and got a full tour of the facilities. We were amazed. The steps they take to make sure you’re taken care of and feel like an individual is top notch. I highly recommend House of Harley. My last 3 Harley’s came from other dealerships around the area but none of them compare to here.
