I believe good customer service starts with basic acknowledgment. A quick greeting or letting a customer know someone will be with them makes a big difference. I spent several minutes in the store without a single employee speaking to me. This is the 4th time I been to this store and this has happen. That kind of service makes customers feel invisible, and it’s the reason I won’t be back.
Austin in the service department is fantastic Honda mechanic. He fixed two of my ATV's after I took them other places that couldn't get it done.
