Julian “JJ” Johnson was great to work with! He quickly made us feel at home. He was busy with a few customers including us but we still felt like we were his only customers there, with the care and updates he gave during the process. Julian is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful and explained everything to us. Justin Jenkins, the finance director was awesome! It seemed like we’ve known him for a while. He made us feel so welcome and again, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. We’ve bought 5 vehicles from this dealership now, and this has been my best experience. Just purchase a used 2023 Ford Expedition from Ronny McGee at Gray Daniels Toyota. It could not have gone any smoother! He was very polite and patient with us and even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. I had looked at several places and Gray Daniels had the best price for all the options. Definitely ask for Ronny if you’re looking for a low pressure salesman’s with knowledge.

I have purchased dozens of cars in my life and with that said my experience at Gray Daniels Toyota was one of the best, if not the very best. I called and spoke to Angel Castillo who went out of his way to help me inspect the vehicle since I was over 4 hours from the dealership. He was very responsive and kind. I drove the 4 hours to pick up the truck and he even came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. The entire process was quick and simple. No dealer add-on BS. No trickery, No high pressure sales here. Just good old honest dealership which is fast becoming rare these days. If you are in the market for a new or used car call and speak to Angel.
