The team at Enterprise were fantastic to work with. I had a car transferred from a different state, and it arrived in less-than-perfect condition. However, Jaxon and his manager Kristian were transparent about the damage from the start and were very proactive in coming up with a plan to rectify it. I enjoyed the ease of the experience, felt like I got a fair price for a good vehicle, and genuinely felt like the team at the Baton Rouge Enterprise cared about the outcome and my well-being. I would absolutely do this again!
Mr. Tony, Ms. Khris and Ms. Queen were all nothing short of amazing. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. Ms. Queen and Ms. Khris assisted me with every question I had. I enjoyed the entire process. Everything was done seamlessly and smoothly. I was done in less than an hour. The vehicle was clean and ready to go.
Made a reservation over the phone 2 weeks in advance and was told I needed a credit card to reserve the vehicle. I specifically said that I didn't want to pay with the credit card, and they told me I could pay with a debit when a returned the vehicle. At check-in to pick up the vehicle I again made sure the credit card would not actually be billed. The vehicle pulled up and it was not what I reserved. Then I was told the credit card I gave them was being billed $500+ right now. When I called them on the discrepancy in what I had been told, the guy behind the counter denied he said the credit card wasn't going to billed today. Then they said it's just a temporary charge that would not go through once I used the debit card. The vehicle I reserved was a Ford Transit van, but I was given a squeaky Chevy Express. They said they consider it the same class of vehicle. I moved my car to the rear parking lot where I saw 4 Ford Transit vans, obviously newer than the Chevy Express they gave me. The vehicle I reserved outnumbered a vehicle I didn't want 4:1, and they gave me what I didn't reserve. Had to go back inside and tell them I want what a reserved. Now I'm waiting. Instead of changing what they say as I go through the process, just tell me the deal from the beginning. It's being told different things that's the problem. Also, I was told to return the vehicle with a half a tank if gas. It had less than half when they gave it to me. I eventually got the Transit van that I reserved and it was pretty dirty. That's why I picked it up early, so I could clean it before I actuall y had to use it. It will be returned much cleaner than I received it.
Quentin is the man! He got me into that J-vin 2022 Corolla and that car will probably outlive me (the plan is to die after 100). I appreciate all of his help and honesty throughout the process. Great fortune and future success to him!
