Bill and Ben at Cycle Tech are as good as they come,I try to buy from family owned businesses and I can't recommend a business more than theirs.I bought an as is KTM several months ago as is,and we had a slight "hiccup" with the bike and Bill went out of his way to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to resolve the problem with both sincerity and honestly which you won't see in any "Big Name" dealerships step up like he did.Low and Behold I bought another bike from them within weeks.I can't recommend a business more and they definitely have a customer for life.This all being said their venue is 2 1/2 hours away and I will gladly make the trek for many years to come.
Had a great experience with Bill, very transparent about everything and because I was in a time crunch met me halfway with the bike I purchased from him. He let me ride the bike for a bit before I bought it. Highly recommend!
Above and beyond expectations. I drove four hours to have my bike looked at. Turns out beta has awesome customer service and they stood behind their products.Ended up getting the parts and labor warrantied. Ben discovered the engine casings were out of spec and ended up getting new casings, bearings, etc from beta.
Bill is a nice guy, but sold me a bike with a broke headlight (I should have noticed before buying), battery that lasted a month, and most importantly a cracked rim, slowly leaking air. No warranty, so he says he's. It's not his problem. Pay close attention when buying from them. Just because they say there isn't a problem, doesn't mean that there isn't one.
