Best dealer around if you're in the market for a bike! Dan in sales was amazing and made the process super easy. I was between two different bikes and he helped point me in a direction based on my needs/wants. My bike was at a storage facility and got me lunch while I waited for the prep to be done. Jt made the deal closing and final paperwork a cake walks for me too. needed to charge my phone for the ride home and he got me a charge right away. Chuck was also awesome with the delivery. Showed me the features on my new Ninja 650. Even the detail guys out back were great. I waited for the rain to let up before heading off and everyone was a pleasure to hang out with and have a conversation. I've worked in the auto industry for 8 years and have never had a sales process go as flawless and smooth as mine did. As a service advisor myself, I really appreciate Javier taking the time out of his day to explain the break in process and engine limits to follow on my new bike. Nick the general manager helped make the process quick and easy. I traded in the motorcycle I purchased from cycle springs a year ago and that was also a great experience. Jerry assisted me with getting the new Motorcycle prepared for me to take delivery and even took the time to get me set up with the new bike. Richard Hicks in the business office made the paperwork process simple and even helped me with some products for my new bike. I traveled over an hour from my home and passed several other motorcycle dealerships knowing that they were going to take care of me. They earned another customer for life and I am excited to see the new building being built. Their growth is very well deserved. this is a long review but one more thing. While I was there another customer was working with a sales person and I over heard him and his family mentioning how they purchased several watercrafts and other units from that location. To start I will say that I spoke with Jerry on the phone and he was polite very good in explaining how they work and most important is the price on my bike, he gave me security on his words all this was on Saturday Dic 29 , after that conversation I decided to fly over to Clearwater FL and purchase the bike that I was looking for. Bottom line is that Jerry Gomez and the rest of the guys in parts , assembling and JT in cashier dep, made me feel like I was a regular customer!! Thanks you!!
