Had both tires installed on my bike this week. I can say enough good things about the service department. From the time I made appointment until I pulled out of the parking lot. I was informed about tire specials and rebates. I chose to wait in the dealership. The sales team were engaging and knowledgeable about all the bikes on the showroom. The merchandise staff was very helpful. Thanks for being such a great team altogether. If you need service or a new or used bike, it's worth a stop.
Rode my cycle here for the first time just to check it out, and was thoroughly impressed! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I went by some of the discount clothing racks and within a couple minutes Kendra came over and asked if I needed help with anything and also asked if I would like a bottle of water. What an awesome offer that was. It's not just a bottle of water, it's an offer that made me feel welcome. I had no intention of test driving anything, but after talking to Kendra I did take one for a spin. I was treated like a friend, not just a customer, by each person I talked to. Probably will be my go to shop from now on, but is worth a stop even if your just passing through.

When I walked into Chippewa Falls Harley Davidson I knew exactly what I wanted. 2024 Roadglide CVO ST. The salesman I dealt with was knowledgeable and answered the questions I had. The dealership manager was very easy to talk with and explained the options to me because I wanted this bike right out of the crate. The finance manager was very helpful and again explained purchase options. The parts and maintenance section were very friendly and answered my questions. The clothing and accessory section were very happy people to talk with. As far as the bike goes; it is everything that I wanted in a Harley Davidison purchase. I won't go into the handling or coolness of the bike. I guess you will just have to stop at Chippewa Falls HD and pick one up for yourself.
