I have always dealt with DeWayne, Rusty, and Desha for YEARS. I previously visited to pay off a car for my husband and Tammy assisted me. The payoff was $250. I gave her 3 $100 Bills. She gave me a receipt and eventually came back with an envelope and said here you go. See you later have a good day. I assumed she had placed the $50 inside of the envelope with the title since I had already received the receipt. She watched me until i had gotten in the car and it felt strange, but I still left. I got down Goodman Rd to another store and realized she didn't place the change in the envelope so I politely called to tell her I was headed back to retrieve it. When I got there she had given it to Rusty... AND SHE LEFT. When I explained everything to him, he stated that he was wondering what the urgency was with her up and leaving and that it all made sense why she did. This is in no way a reflection on Mr Dewayne, Rusty, or Desha. They are good people who do their best to help folks. Tammy on the other hand, has always come off as sneaky and dishonest to say the least and this isn't the 1st time she has tried to steal people's hard earn money so just keep a check on all receipts and debit/credit card information and balances because she is not professional and cannot be trusted. She needs to be FIRED!!!

And these folks done took my $2,000 down I pay $225 every two weeks for multiple weeks early paying them on time!!! I got in a bind! Got behind a payment! They done took the car. Not only that. I called them and let them know my situation. They literally didn't work with me on any level after me paying them many of thousands basically. They got hidden fees.please be patient with what God gave for you. Don't rush. You won't have it long. Learn from me. It don't matter how much you pay them on time. They won't work with you. I never had a issue with no workers or anything other than taking a long time fixing nothing! Don't go here. Go to Facebook marketplace or elsewhere run from here !!! Also I had many reports about the vehicle. I didn't do anything but be responsible and caught hard times. Like any else human... Also there contract for cars. Read all. Don't just sign. Understand. Id give 0 stars. I didn’t get a chance to go to the dealer. By phone interaction, the Guy…in finance I guess, Dwayne was extremely rude and hung up in my face when I mentioned me bringing a mechanic saying “they’ll know more than me and he don’t like enemies” to check out a vehicle to purchase. 🚩 red flag. Very odd interaction but I guess it was because I’m a young female over the phone. You would think the mechanic would just be able to tell you whether a car is worth investing in or not but obviously this person knows they’re not worth it. He asked who I was bringing beforehand so that screams bad deal. Seems he knows the cars are lemons so I definitely believe I dodged a bullet.
