Ok I've never done a review but I'll be honest about my visit here... this is my first car that's not a problem and the dealer's name is Shane who was very welcoming to me and my family. I did have a small brake problem which they fixed immediately and made it better. Overall, it's a very good dealer. I brought the infiniti m37 and it's a great car.
I was deceived into thinking the car I bought from Car Connection Auto Sales, LLC was safe and in good condition—only to find out days later that I was sold a lemon with a bad motor. When I reached out, they refused to refund me and tried to blame the issues on a simple oil change. This place is not honest and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD!!!! HORRIBLE!! SCAMMERS!!! First car ($2,500) kept overheating!! SECOND CAR ( ANOTHER $1,900 ) had that car for 7 months never got a registration!!! even after I paid them $400 so THEY could do it! CAR CAME UP AS STOLEN BTW ! It’s been since April 18, 2024 that I haven’t had “my car” ! Oh and I never missed a payment! (I HAVE ALL THIS IN PAPERWORK)
Awful company dealing in lemons. It’s going on a year and my people still don’t have a license plate. No one is aware of the title in the system. She’s had to return the car for critical maintenance about 5 times. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SWINDLERS! Impossible to reach by phone. Just low down and grimy
I would not recommend this car lot to no one. My aunt and uncle brought a car from them and payed extra for a warranty in case something went wrong. Sure enough a month later the transmission goes out. They called the company the warranty was with and was told Car Connections never payed them anything and there was no warranty. Car connections kept their money. My aunt and uncle are 70 and 71 years old on a fixed income. The owner would not call them back. The car sat in the driveway for months before they got an attorney. At the court hearing the judge was not happy and told cc to fix their car and even threatened to pull their licenses if not. Once they got the car back they dragged it out for months during the holiday season. They finally ended up dropping a new transmission in it which I'm sure wasn't cheap. Hell of a lot more then the money he kept for the warranty. Which I believe he kept bc he thought nothing would go wrong. He took the chance and lost at the end. But not before dragging 2 senior citizens on fixed income through the mud. Buyers beware to call the warranty company and not just assume cc payed the money you gave them for it.
