We had taken my 2021 GMC Acadia in to have a few recalls taken care of and to have a problem checked out. When it turned out that it was going to cost more money than I wanted to put into the car, I reached out to Dan Fulton, and before I knew it, we had purchased a 2026 Buick Enclave. We were introduced to Chad, the sales manager. Super cool, easy going guy as well. Several offers were made, including trade-in, and finally a good price was decided that we were ready to finalize. We met Rob Sessums, the finance manager. He followed suit as Justin and Chad, being one to explain every page of the contract and paperwork. Easiest buying process we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. If anyone reading this wants a hassle-free, no-pressure buying experience, these are the people you want to go visit.

Jeff Hawkins, Glen Baggett, Matt Baggett (no relation to Glen), and Rob (apologies, I don’t recall his last name) made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Jeff is my neighbor and, though I’m a Toyota person, he went above and beyond to help me. He tracked down the Toyota Avalon I was interested in from one of your partner dealerships over three and a half hours away. With Glen’s assistance, he also ensured I received the best deal possible—even though it wasn’t a GM vehicle, meaning the dealership likely didn’t make as much on the sale as they would have otherwise. That level of effort speaks volumes. Matt was straightforward from the moment I reached out to schedule a time to see the vehicle. He always responded promptly to texts and calls, took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, and made sure everything was done the right way—something I imagine comes naturally from his military background. Glen was warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. While I can’t say for certain, I’m fairly sure he worked behind the scenes to secure the best interest rate and the additional perks your dealership offers. His support did not go unnoticed. Rob was equally outstanding. He was upfront and clear while walking me through the paperwork, explaining every form in a way that made sense, and making sure each detail was handled correctly. I felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire signing process. Even as someone loyal to Toyota, I can honestly say I would absolutely buy from this dealership again. The professionalism, transparency, and personal attention made this a standout car-buying experience.
