My inspection was completed quickly and everything with the truck was fine, however I received the truck back with grease marks all over the driver seat. Definitely not from me, I'm an I.T. guy. I mentioned this to someone in service, and she handed me a lysol wipe for me to clean it myself.
I took my truck here for the first time to get some work done on it. I applaud their work and professionalism. I was happy and satisfied with work they performed. I will be coming here for all my routine maintenance on my Silverado. This was the first place I ever had a mechanic do a video of diagnostic of my truck and what he was going to do to repair it. They gave me a loner truck to get me home.Since the repairs was going to take an extra day to complete which I thought was very nice. Thank you for the great service. Donald Martin

I called to have my running boards checked as the paint in piling off. This truck is 1.5 years old and has been sitting for 3 months as I had an injury. Not driven. I got those boards installed when purchased, a GM product and understanding that they are part of the warranty. The service center looked at them and stated they are after market and can not be warranted. This is wrong, as a person and a customer this need resolved.
