He was very careful with me. My daughter was in town for Xmas and helped me with the process. While it took a little bit of discussion, as is to be expected at any car dealer, in the end, without a lot of fuss, they stayed true to their word that first brought me in there and nothing Underhanded like no gas in the car (there was a full tank). Courteously followed me to return my rental car and drove me back. I hope they were satisfied with me as I was satisfied doing business with them. This stands in contrast to the last new car I bought about 4 1/2 years ago, where suddenly things we had agreed upon disappeared, it took a near shouting match to get them back, and I only got what I was originally promised when I physically stood up and started to walk out the door.
