Im extremely disappointed and truly feel ignored by this dealership specifically by a so called manager named John. I called about a specific vehicle and talked with Nick who was very polite and was trying his best to awnser my questions but when you didn't know the awnser he transferred me to Manager John who totally blew me off and said "This isn't the vehicle for you". I had questions about an accident and damage to this NEW 2026 BRAND NEW SUV with only 9 miles and he could care less. He was quick to talk over me and cut me off and was extremely dismissive. Im obviously calling because im interested in buying a vehicle and you're dealership had something that caught my eye but to get bullied and basically hung up on by a so called manager?!?! I hope this post finds its way to the Leadership Team of the dealership and maybe manager John gets re trained on how to help and talk with potential customers. In a world where you can buy a vehicle on your computer without leaving home, you would think this dealership would be more open to awnsering questions and gaining a buyers trust. Respectfully Oscar
