Brought my 2024 car in for an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection. Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appt. Was waited on immediately and was told it would take about 1 and a half to two hours. Went upstairs to the lounge. The car was done in an hour and a half. Everything went smooth. Employees were very helpful and it was a very pleasant experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Bowser Hyundai! This is our fourth car buying experience there. My husband started with a Kona, then a Tucson, now a Sante Fe, and I just traded in my Audi for a Palisade. The sales experience is unmatched, especially if you ask for Gabe. His knowledge and experience with the brand answered all of my questions (I believe he also sells their other brands too). His sense of humor, honesty and positive attitude made the experience enjoyable as well. He showed me all of the new features that I wouldn't have known about, while also getting me setup on the BlueLink app and with my vehicle settings. I've been able to truly apprevciate my new vehicle, since I don't have to worry about setting things up on my own or being unfamiliar with how to use it. Jeanie with finance was so helpful and knowledgeable as well - she explains everything that you sign and gives honest recommendations and background. Their service department has also always been great anytime we take our vehilces for oil changes and maintenance. The facility is clean and modern. I recommend Bowser to all of my family and friends, and will be going there for future vehicles.
Laura was great, very helpful and pays attention to details and makes one feel like they are their best customer. Had a small issue with a coupon which was eventually resolved and honored with the manager’s intervention. Laura also resolved a long standing head light issue (😊) Overall Excellent service and tasty Vanallia Coffees in the waiting room while waiting. Marc upstairs made me feel right at home as we shared Christmas stories, great guy!
