Went to get a bigger AWD suv for my pregnant wife and our 2 year old. Himmy Pathak had us there for hours and we shook on a deal for a car we were told was on recall and we couldnt take home for a month. After we put money down and shook on the deal of course. We went back and worked with a new salesmen and the managers helped smooth things over with us. Ended up getting a *certified used* vehicle we could drive home that day. During that drive when it was quiet outside and not the rush hour traffic we test drove in we heard a weird intermittent sound. Reported it immediately the next morning. They squeezed us in to fix it, the original video the tech sent he said he wasnt comfortable turning the "severely warped" rotors allegedly causing the sound. And that he recommended replacement of the rotors and break pads. They then tried machining the rotors and salvaging them instead and said it wouldn't work, so they replaced them but not the pads. We pick it up and its still making the sound. I am unsure if the vehicle ever went through the "173 point Hyundai Certified Used Inspection" if we got it making a nearly constant bizarre noise and with severely warped rotors. Im also suspicious as to why the technician originally said he wanted to replace the brakes and rotors but then it changed to attempting to machine them, then replacing them but no talk of brake pads. We are not off to a good start with Boucher Hyundai. I was planning on writing a mostly positive review after our 2nd visit but this service issue has us very frustrated. *UPDATE* Took it back for a road test with a Service Advisor, he noticed the noise within a minute. It spent 5 hours at the shop after that before I had to call and see what was up. Its now been diagnosed as a bent axel. Somehow this wasn't caught during their 173pt certification inspection, the first time I had it in the shop when the "severely warped" rotors were diagnosed and they said the noise was "fixed" and it was good to go. So they sold me a certified used car with severely warped rotors and a bent axle. More lost time, wages, stress, childcare and gas will need to be spent now to attempt to fix it yet again. I have also asked several people multiple times throughout this process for copies of certain documents and have not received it.

Boucher’s management is so great! They really care about their customers and treat us like family! I have purchased six vehicles from Boucher’s. Since buying my first car from them. I have not gone anywhere else except to compare prices and quality. No other dealership can measure up to their professionalism. Boucher’s stands with the customers even after the deal is finalized. I really like the way they listen to me and help solve any issues that arise. I will definitely keep referring Boucher’s to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle.

Very nice and welcoming, My sales person Victor was very nice and wanting to help in any way he could. His manors were very welcoming for a young man. As well as the financing young man named Niko he made sure I was at a price I wanted. I for sure would come back In need of a vehicle. Ronda Zarate

Good service. No complaints. Couple strange things though. They have a camera trained on their techs. And the shop is open to the customer area... Do they not trust their mechanics? They're professionals give em space to work. Like, that kind of sucks. I know i would not want a camera recording me throughout the work day. Especially in a technical role where composure isnt top of mind. Idk. Maybe they dont care but just found it strange.

Very poor service. My vehicle was there for over two days, with no communication from anyone as to status or progress. Finally I had to call them to find out what was going on. I declined the service they suggested (as I knew it would not resolve the problem), but they then told me I could not come pick up my car that day (at 4:00) because the guy who was working on it had left for the day. Went to get my vehicle the next day and was told it might be a while because my car was "parked in" and they could not find the keys for the vehicle that was blocking mine. Ridiculously bad experience from start to finish - but actually pretty similar to my previous 2 visits to this dealership. I just wish the next closest Hyundai dealer was not so far from my home - but even so, I will probably be going elsewhere next time I need any sort of service.
