Angel is literally one of the best salesman in luxury cars I have ever stumbled across. I can’t begin to explain how many things he did to make our transaction near perfect.. even now a week later still taking so much time to help me. I am so blessed by him! A true Angel in the car business. Thanks for hiring him Bomnin, you have a star salesperson on your hands.

I brought my vehicle to Bomnin Chevrolet Homestead in December 2024 for seat repairs only. What should have been a simple fix turned into almost a full year, and even after all that time, the seats are still not fixed. When I finally picked up my car on November 24, 2025, it immediately showed an airbag failure warning and was driving abnormally. Instead of diagnosing the issue, my advisor Jason dismissed my concerns and simply wiped the code. Within a week, my car developed multiple new problems: • Rear camera malfunction • Gear light going in and out • Horn going in and out • Console glitching (preventing the use of my heater during cold weather) • Engine light and leveling system warnings • The vehicle shutting off while driving Despite all of this, I was repeatedly told my car was “safe to drive,” which is unacceptable and dangerous. The customer service was just as disappointing. During the holidays, Service Manager John Silvera told me there were no loaners available but promised to help after the holidays and advised me to return around January 5th. On January 5th, I confirmed they had loaners — they had just received a whole fleet that only needed tags — so I scheduled my drop‑off for January 7th as instructed. When I arrived on the 7th, I was suddenly told there were no loaners. John said he would personally call me when they became available. After days of calling with no response from him or my advisor, I went in person. That’s when he changed his story, told me I “wasn’t a priority,” and said the loaners they had were being reserved for customers with brand‑new Escalades or purchases made from them. He also stated I would need to pay for the loaner in the event that a loaner became “available” despite previously assuring me he would help. This entire experience showed no accountability, no communication, no respect for my time, and no concern for my safety — all while the dealership advertises being “Committed to Excellence.” I truly hope Upper management and GM/Cadillac Corporate take this seriously. No customer should ever have to go through this.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bomnin Cadillac Homestead. The prices advertised online are misleading and not honored in person. Before visiting on Saturday, I called multiple times to confirm pricing and details. The representative I spoke with provided information that turned out to be inaccurate. When I arrived at the dealership, the pricing was completely different from what was advertised online and what I was told over the phone. After further negotiations, we returned again on Monday. At that point, Chantal and Sales Manager Pablo Quinones had agreed to a specific out-the-door price over the phone. Once we arrived in person, that agreed-upon price suddenly changed again. Sales Manager Pablo Quinones was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. His attitude showed a lack of respect for customers, and instead of being transparent, the dealership continued to play pricing games. This process wasted a significant amount of my time and was incredibly frustrating. This dealership does not operate honestly, and the customer service was the worst I have experienced while car shopping. I strongly caution other customers to be very careful—do not rely on the online pricing or verbal agreements. I will be filing formal complaints with Cadillac Corporate and Bomnin Support.

Part 2 Review. I searched for additional numbers and finally reached the service department where I was transferred over to Fannie, whose specialty is being belligerent, obtuse and rude. I asked for a manager and she wanted to ask me dozens of questions as to why. I gave her a synopsis of why and she just had more questions. I asked if I could speak with a manager, because it tends to be frustrating repeating details over something that should have been resolved. She gave me the names of two SALES managers although I asked for a FINANCE manager, and she said that they oversee both departments, which I personally didn't believe. She put me on hold without warning. After 3 minutes, I called back and reached her again. She insisted she had told me to hold, but hadn't, and repeated that the two sales managers were busy with customers in their office. She gave me their names and said she could have them call me later. I asked if there was anyone in the finance department and she said that there were, but she needed more information. I said that I doubted she worked with financing, and she snapped that she doesn't and that the two finance managers are busy. I asked her their names and she gave me two different names this time. Why did she lie and say Quinones and Gonzalez were managers over both departments before but this time say that Reyes and Saldana were the finance managers? My son finally got through to someone on his end and hopefully he will get the matter resolved so that he can get his car, since he's already signed the contract on it three days ago. I DEFINITELY have no intention of ever recommending Bomnin in Homestead with such poor administrative service. Brandon in Sales was five star, but the Finance Department and Fannie are deplorable. I guess if we had used their financing and ended up paying more for the car, we would have gotten it sooner.

Went into to see a car, salesman was not helpful. Took extremely long to find the car, waited over 25 minutes for him to come back and show me the car which had been sitting in the lot right next to us. Even went to a manager to advise of the long wait, he did absolutely nothing. To top off, pricing is very high compared to other dealerships. Upsetting with the quality of service and friendliness.
