This was my first time using Bommarito St. Peter’s Mazda service department, and I was very impressed. James was my adviser and Kevin was my technician. I really appreciated that they use videos to show the work being done and communicate clearly every step of the way. When I came to pick up my truck, I noticed the tire was flat. Kevin immediately took it back in, patched it, and made sure everything was good to go. They truly went above and beyond to take care of me. Great service, and I’ll definitely be back!

He worked with me seeing that I was coming from Michigan to purchase a vehicle. Great personality, made things go smooth when I got there. As far as business I wasn't able to experience....my mom has brain cancer and she's all I have in life..... Last week I messaged James Bommarito and asked him for a loan so I could take care of my mom ...I drove my 2003 explorer down to Brentwood with a horrible gas leak . No working headlights wipers don't work and he insisted that I come over to his place ...... Completely on fumes as well.. so I get to his house and I see a beautiful brand new orange range Rover in his driveway ..... St Clair ford dealer plates . Of course . I go in and tell my story about my mom and I struggling for food ...after my mom's doctor said she needs to eat more to qualify for surgery....I tell all this to James ......he tells me he will give us 400 dollars and come back later .and get it..... I knocked on the door almost daily . Called . Even my mom called him. Not one reply . What a wonderful person . James .... You gave someone with nothing false hope. What a great guy
