I bought a used Nissan from another dealership, but the records on it were nonexistent. Bommarito Nissan Ballwin had the best reviews compared to another Nissan dealership much closer. I'm happy I made the longer drive. Greg in service was awesome. He provided me with quick and accurate service. More importantly, he kept me up to date and called me when he said he would. That's seems to be a rare thing in my opinion. I got my car back with all the work done that was necessary, and the pricing was fair. The service reception bay was remarkably clean which stuck out to me as I've seen some really filthy service reception areas across the other brands of cars I've owned. I'll also add that their parts department is awesome. I bought several items online through their parts department before I brought my car in for its first service. Everything was priced exceptionally well and arrived at my home insanely fast.

Great 5 star experience! No haggle, stress free deal for a fantastic low, low miles truck. Matt was totally laid back, well informed and easy to communicate with. All support staff equally impressive with zero pressure. I walked in not prepared to drive home in a new vehicle but they made me a sweet offer I couldn't refuse. I would say in my nearly 60 years of buying cars, they were the best! Definitely would return and recommend to anyone.
