Avoid Avoid Avoid. I purchased a 24 Mazda CX-50 Turbo from Bommarito Mazda. This vehicle was a returning lease that came from THIS Bommarito Mazda. The vehicle was not even on the lot when I went to look at it despite the listing being active at this location. I had to wait 2 hours for them to get it to the dealership. I went through the CarFax report with a sales rep (the report showed the vehicle was in perfect condition) by this time, I had an hour to get through the finance department and off to work. When I finally was able to see the vehicle everything seemed in order and I was on my way. When I arrived home, I noticed two medium dents in the rear drivers side door (not listed on the CarFax report). I went through my pictures and realized they were there on the lot but due to the time of day, I couldn't see them. I then went through the listing for this vehicle and realized....... they purposely didn't show this door in any of their listing photos. I have attached them for you to see for yourself. When I reached out to the sales rep I was offered little more than a "sorry about your luck". I am now nearly $500 for dent repair and paint corrections on a $30k vehicle I just bought from the dealership! Please, if you value your money choose another dealership that you can trust (there are plenty in the area) and avoid this one.

This was my first time buying a Mazda. I bought my 2025 CX-90 from Chad, and the experience with everyone involved was fantastic. I highly recommend Chad and the Bommarito team. Driving this car was beyond my wildest dreams! It was simply amazing! I highly recommend this shop! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family buying Mazdas from them! Their workmanship and assembly are the best I've ever seen! The service was also fantastic. Thank you to the team and Chad. I will definitely be back!

I have to give it to these guys. First time I've ever been scammed by a dealer or auto shop. I was too distracted to verify their "recommended maintenance" and ended up signing off on $383 of work when all I actually needed was an oil change. I found out later that the work was unnecessary after reviewing the receipt, looking up Mazda's official recommended maintenance schedule, and looking into each item. I was intending to trade my car in here, in less than a year when I'll need to sell it — a 2023, great condition — but they've lost my business. Keep losing money guys! I'm sure it's worth it!

Tyler was a great sales representative to Bea and I while shopping for our next car. He was professional and informative, as transparent as he could, and most of all, extremely accommodating to all of our needs. Whether it was walking us through all the numbers for every option we were considering, to pulling out car after car for test drives, Tyler was super helpful throughout the whole process. I have personally owned four Mazdas. Love the value. Love the car. My service experience that I had at Bommarito Mazda West County was horrific. I called to set up an appointment for a warning light on my mazda6. The I eloop system needed an inspection. The gentleman on the phone said we open at 7:30 and I could drop my car off at that time in order to make it to work on time myself. I chose a date more than a week in advance in order to coordinate getting a ride from the dealership to work and back. My wife took off work that day in order to help get the vehicle looked at. Upon arriving Cari Carnahan came out to meet me in front of the garage door at the service entrance. She asked if she could help me and I said I had a 7:30 appointment. She told me there were no 7:30 appointments and that I was mistaken. She eventually found my appointment which was made by the gentleman on the phone at 8:00 a.m.. after describing the reason for the visit I left my car and proceeded to work. I called bommarito West county Mazda 12:00 p.m. to get an update on the status. The gentleman who answered the phone said my vehicle was in the bay and they will be calling me shortly. I did not hear from anyone until I received a text message at 4:11 p.m. I promptly called back to speak with the service consultant regarding their recommendations. She was unavailable and the person who did answer the phone said she would call back shortly. I waited 30 minutes and called back at 4:45 p.m. The gentleman on the phone said that Cari had left for the day. I asked if the mechanic who worked on the car was available to speak with me. He informed me that actually all technicians were gone for the day from the service department. I informed him that my ride back to their facility had pick me up and I was in route to pick up the vehicle. He informed me that no one was available to talk with me about the vehicle and that it was in the bay still being worked on. I arrived at the facility and told the person at the counter about the situation. No one had called me at all throughout the day to discuss the status of my vehicle. No one had told me that I would not be able to get my vehicle back that day. I demanded that my vehicle be made ready so I could leave immediately. The service manager was contacted via phone. Grant Terrill was near the facility and arrived within 2 to 3 minutes. The service director Grant put the pieces back in the car and pulled it out of the service Bay. Despite me standing 20 ft away. Grant made no contact with me regarding the situation. Grant made no apologies for the inconvenience and terrible communication. So I took my vehicle and left. I read through the inspection report that was sent via text message. It stated that I had a bad battery which is a known cause for the iI e eloop warning. I immediately drove to O'Reilly Auto parts and had them test the battery. The battery was showing 12.4 volts and did not need replacement. The gentleman helping with the battery test showed me how to reset the warning light. No further issues were had. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bommarito Mazda Service for any reason.
