Your service department is phenomenal. When I make an appointment, I expect to wait forever. Not true when I come to Bolivar Ford! I am in and out quickly and very close to the time scheduled! The gentleman that helped me check in and out for my oil change and 30.000 mile checkup was very kind and respectful! WELL DONE!
I drove my Escape to my local dealership. I was told that I would have to pay for the diagnostics. I was fine with that. When they called back with the repair quote, it was higher than the value of the vehicle. I declined the repair. They told me that they deemed it unsafe to drive and that I would have to have it towed. I reluctantly agreed and paid the ridiculously high diagnostics cost. When the tow truck showed up to my place I discovered that the dealership didn't even bother to put the vehicle back together. I now have a large box of parts in my back seat and zero idea if all the parts are there. If you need your Ford repaired, think twice before using Bolivar Ford.
We bought a 2017 Escape in 2019 had 36,000 miles. It had a go report said it was good. Since then we have found rust under the doors and underneath. It has had to have a new motor. Along with several other things. $200 here $740 there. On an on. This is the worst vehicle we have ever bought. We love the car but wow. It has left us high and dry on 3 vacations.
