Total disappointment. I've had problems since the first day I bought the car, and I even spoke to the top management. But they're all just looking out for each other. Even though I realized you had sold me the wrong vehicle, I informed you of this in good faith. Later, I noticed that the engine protection cover of the vehicle, which had only 20,000 miles, had been removed without my knowledge. You said this was a chronic problem with Volkswagen Atlas models. I'd also like to add that today, when I went back to your store for an oil change despite everything, you kicked me out. Even though I paid extra for the service, you told me to take my car elsewhere.
