Update on this disaster that Bob Moore Infiniti of Edmond has had me in now for almost 3 months now! Mark Moore, your staff, and management are terrible at your Infiniti store! I haven’t heard back from anyone about helping us get another vehicle since you totaled ours! Your insurance company has paid it off, but your team at the Infiniti store hasn’t tried to help! I’m sure you have more integrity than your team! My vehicle was there to be fixed and your team wrecked and totaled it, leaving me with no vehicle!! It’s good to see how much you reply when you get a good google review and you’ve sold someone a car and made them happy! But no response to me, someone you have done wrong! Even the service manager from Infiniti said that this is wrong!! I just can’t believe a dealership would do this!! I will keep updating this! I bought the car in June!! You are leaving a single dad and his 2 kids without a vehicle!!

After days, hours, and weeks of car shopping, visiting and talking and haggling with different small and larger dealerships and salesmen I finally found Bob Moore Infiniti and was in and out with the exact car that I wanted within a few hours of a calm trade. No hidden fees, EXCEPTIONAL and beyond fair negotiations, and quite legitimately the smoothest process I had of car/truck/suv buying. They even helped with certain numbers and percentages of what would be a fair down payment vs just throwing an extra couple hundred which would make the monthly payments only a difference of a few dollars vs the benefit of the full warranty package over time. They even filled the gas tank up for me before I left that night. I’ve seen reviews where people might’ve said that they pushed the warranty on them even though they’ve said multiple times no and I’ll just tell you now that it never happened in my transaction. Not to say that it doesn’t happen, but you Don’t have to believe everything negative on the Internet. Come experience it yourself. If I ever look in the near future to trade another vehicle or buy a new one I know exactly where I’m coming back to.
