Buying a new vehicle is incredibly stressful! Thank god my daughter told me to go to this Dealership in Greece - She purchased a GMC Terrain a few years back…Told me I should get one myself.when I walked in to the Greece office.. I saw Jason and knew he was the one! My god this guy is an absolute Angel! He was so knowledgeable of everything! I told him what I was looking for down to the tires/ moon roof! This young man was so organized that less than 24 hrs later I had exactly what I wanted! 2026 GMC Terrain, AT4…He had connected me to “Delainey” the finance guy,who worked diligently to make sure I got the lowest interest rate for this Vehicle..Then steps in the Manager, making sure I got the best deal ever.. How absolutely amazing are these guys? My whole customer service experience was the best I have ever experienced..No stress and so easy to work with!! Did I also mention they are handsome too… I would recommend going to see Jason (sales) Delainey ( Finance) at Bob Johnson’s GMC in Greece ny if you want a genuinely peaceful and friendly experience! I love my Terrain soooo much! So happy I went there. Five stars for you guys!!!

Salesman listened to what I wanted and gave options you had on lot. I was not forced to a sales script, i said i want to talk price only and my wish was respected. You gave me the most respectable offer for my trade than other dealerships ( i searched far an wide as i travel a good deal). Jordan K was helpful in getting aps setup for my car and showed the abilities of the mygmc ap.
On 11/20/25 I couldn't get my sunroof to close. This happened an hour or so before the service department was closing for the night. I called and had been transferred to advisors who weren't available. I called a third time, spoke with Kaitlyn who went to ask an advisor instead of blindly transferring me. I was told I could bring it in, but they couldn't make any promises. Jack took a look, explained that I could bring it back tomorrow to see if they could squeeze me in as there was no availability until 12/2 and he was unsure if there was a loaner available that evening. I headed home, got a call from Kaitlyn minutes later that she did have a loaner available for me. I was able to turn right around since I was just up the street. This was a lifesaver as I don't have a garage. Jack assured me that my vehicle would be kept inside as to not cause further damage, and I was able to get a loaner the same night minutes before closing which I wasn't expecting. Kudos to Kaitlyn and Jack for the stellar service. It was much appreciated! Thank you Bob Johnson!
