I am very pleased with my service yesterday. Preston explained everything that was going to take place with the service I received. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. He explained to me that I would be there about 4 hours because of the mechanics lunch break. I was prepared to stay that long if necessary. When they inspection was complete, Preston explained to me the concerns about what was needed an additional repairs. He went over each of those thoroughly with me to my satisfaction. The service to my vehicle was completed in approximately 2 hours, instead of the 4 hours. I was able to find a table and chair to sit in to catch up on some of my paperwork while I was waiting. I had a good environment to wait in. I enjoyed the hot chocolate and the clean restroom. Thank you for the good experience I had at your dealership yesterday. I could not have asked for a better experience during a traumatic time. Mason made an immediate appointment and then sent me videos along the way to keep me abreast of the situation. He even had my car put into a tent during any weather situations to protect it until I could retrieve it. It was all done in 24 hours! I am telling you, they won me over and I cannot say enough how rare it is to get this kind of service these days! BE CAREFUL HERE. They do not care about you once the car is sold!!!!!! I live in TX but I bought a used $65,000 truck from them July 3rd.. I literally made it the easiest sale they could have ever had, walked in pre-approved, found the truck and signed for it. They gave me temp plates that expired September 6th... 3 months after I bought the truck I still don't have my plates... I am now paying for a vehicle I can't legally drive... I have been on them about this for over a month already and still nothing has been done. Talked to multiple managers and they just tell me they will call me back but never do. They blame the 3rd party company and leave me in the dust... Clearly you should not have them as a service provider if this is how they handle things. I know the way Toyota has such a customer heavy mind set (I worked for the headquarters) and this dealer plain and simple does not hold up to those values... Do yourself a favor and if you're reading this, find another toyota dealer.
