From start to finish, Joshua was friendly, polite, and communicated clearly about what was happening and the challenges involved in resolving the issue with my vehicle. He has not only gained a loyal customer but also a referral source, as I cannot stop telling people how exceptional the service was. When I brought in my Dodge Challenger, I had no idea how serious the previous tire change at Walmart had damaged the lock nut and over-tightened the lug nuts, making them almost impossible to remove. The team at your dealership was quick to offer recommendations to help me resolve the issue. Joshua and your team was friendly, and incredible in helping me get the nuts properly adjusted which was not an easy task. This experience wasn’t just about fixing the nuts — it was about the service, the friendliness, and the genuine care for the customer. They could have easily said they couldn’t help and left me to figure it out, but instead, they guided me through the entire process with patience and professionalism. In August, I purchased a new Jeep gladiator from Bob Howard in Edmond. That part of my experience went well. When I had about 2500 miles on the vehicle? I got a cracked windshield. It was the gorilla glass. Went into the dealership, and they told me it should be covered. So i Went to the department that was in charge of fixing these items at Bob Howard .And the man there just sat behind his computer, looked at it for about 1 minute and told me it was not covered,and I could go down the street where they get their windshield's fixed and get an estimate.(Not) So I went to John Vance in Guthrie where I live. Spoke with Mr. Joe Priest Who took no time at all to come out and look at my windshield, pulled my jeep into the shop and did all the paperwork and pictures which was needed for the free replacement windshield. Within a few days I had a new windshield at no cost to me. So if you're thinking about buying a new vehicle, you might want to consider John Vance.
12/02/2025 Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and an issue with my turn signal not canceling. My service advisor was Ryan Bean. Ryan was very friendly and showed real concern about my vehicle. Ryan went the extra mile by researching the computer data base and discovering the problem I was having was in fact a Previous recall item and was able to negotiate the replacement for defective part at no charge to me. Ryan also was able to get all my repair accomplished by the next morning. The other thing that I found very comforting is that Ryan called me several times to place my mind at ease that progress was happening on my vehicle repairs. Ryan Beam is fantastic and should be commended for representing Bob Howard in such a outstanding role. Darren, You guys are awesome. Just picked up my truck from service. Dropped it off this morning for its first oil change and for two recalls. Oil change done and both recalls taken care of. Also free inspection and tire rotation. When I picked it up, Alex Mendoza said no charge. He reminded me my first oil change was free. I forgot. Thanks again for setting that up when I purchased the truck.
