The vehicle was taken for a scheduled service appt, but was instructed (pointed) to get in the express lane. The service took about 2 1/2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle received back to discover that the oil cap was not placed back on the the vehicle, leaving a mess under the hood and an oil smell in the vehicle... After the service department was notified via phone, was asked to drive the vehicle back to the dealership for their error to be corrected. Hoping no major damage was done.
This was my son’s first experience buying a car. We were out with the intention to buy a car yesterday, and it was between 2 at 2 different dealerships. We went to the first one and were treated less than satisfactory, as if we were not taken seriously, and seemingly dismissed. We asked for more information and when the person went to get it, someone came and retrieved the vehicle from where we were standing and placed it back on the lot. 5min after that we left and went to BBHonda. We were greeted in the parking lot, at the door, and welcomed in. Everyone was friendly and we felt as if we were the only ones there. We did not feel pushed or pressured, everyone seemed to work with us and from our salesman and Finance we felt special and valued. We had a wonderful experience and this is something that made my son’s day even better. We want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for our entire evening and for making this experience magical, because even though it was just another Wednesday for them, it was a big day for him, and they made it feel like it was the most important day period. We will def be preaching the BBHonda gospel to all who will hear!
Can’t say enough about our salesman Jeff. He greeted us, inquired about our visit and took us right to what I was looking for. Gave me a few upsale options, a few basic options and I purchased in the middle getting everything I needed with a few perks for not much more. Mr Jeff has a “No Pressure” sales demeanor which frankly closed the deal. HE LISTENED, he shared his knowledge and he even gave me a pep talk when I got a lil discouraged. Honestly, I just visited to look around, gather info, but Jeff, he gracefully sold me a car. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had! Shout out to Calvin in finance and the General Managers who came to greet us while we waited! Definitely recommend Bob Boyt Honda!

I highly recommend working with Salesman Brian Kilburn. He was not pushy. He was patient with us. My husband and I had been car shopping all day and I will say we both agreed he was the ONLY salesman that didn’t harass us or make us feel like we NEEDED OR HAD TO HAVE something and I think that’s why I made the purchase. He was honest with us. And he also, made sure we were taken care of until the very end. Will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
