For me Derek is: - a 24h live person, he answered my message even at 10pm - a professional person as well, he helped me from beginning through end never leave me unattended. He kept everything inform. - a super patient person, he didn’t get angry, he calmly answered all the questions even it’s a challenging questions from a customer like me.
