LaGarrius is honestly the best salesman I have ever had an interaction with. Despite some hurdles with my situation, he always stayed communicative and professional. I was kept up to date, was given straightforward information, and could tell I was in good hands throughout my process. He made things happen for me! I am forever grateful to him for helping me find and purchase my dream car. The managers here are also very helpful and value the importance of communication and customer service. I am extremely thankful to them for all their help!
We had a great experience working with Kelsey! She made the car-buying process feel easy and stress-free. She really listened to what we needed and worked hard to get us a good deal. She explained everything clearly, and we never felt pressured. Highly recommend asking for her!
I recently came into Tuscaloosa BMW to purchase a car after speaking to a sales rep in the days prior. I was ready to purchase a specific car and Deuce was super helpful throughout the entire process! He made sure I understood all processes and procedures and help guide me through the paperwork. I would say we were out of there in under 3 hours as he was very attentive and knew what he was doing. Excellent customer service from him and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else!
Have worked with both Kelsey & Sean for 3 years, purchasing 3 separate vehicles with them, & they have been incredible, making sure the customer is taken care of & work incredibly hard to represent the business with the highest of standards. Their recommendations have been excellent based on the customer’s (my) wants/needs. Very little wait time in closing a deal as well. Angie, Evan, & Ed with service are incredible also! Love working with them & couldn’t be more thankful for their hard work, caring & contagious attitude, & excellent customer service!
In June of 2024, I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 BMW M550i from BMW of Tuscaloosa. The car was exactly what I was looking for at the time. In July of 2025 I took the car into the service department at BMW of Tuscaloosa, because the car displayed a low coolant warning. Upon checking in to service, the service advisor had a puzzling look on his face and asked me where I bought the car. I informed him I bought it there, as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I didn’t really think much of this now, but I should have. Anyway, they go on to replace the coolant expansion tank, under warranty, supposedly. It was at this point that dealership realized they screwed up the certification and registered the car in the previous owner’s name. Instead of them going through the necessary steps to fix this issue, they just ignored it and hoped nothing else would happen, I assume. Well, 6 months later something else happens. On Dec 27, 2025, as I’m pulling into my driveway I get a check engine light. It’s end of day, so I figure I’ll deal with it the next morning. I got up the next morning, and the light was still on, and now it also says low coolant. I go straight to the dealership. Again, when I went to check in the advisor had a puzzling look on his face. I told him how we went through this 6 months ago, and we proceed with checking in. They diagnose the car and say the coolant expansion tank cap is bad and needs replacing. They say the check engine light is a separate issue and want $450 to diagnose it. I again explain the car is Certified, which covers diagnostic fees. They say they need to do some research and get back with me. Several days later, after no one called me back, I called them to see what’s going on. All they can say is they are still waiting on BMW to get the Certification straightened out, before they can do any work. I asked what the check engine light was, since no one ever told me. They say it had been diagnosed as a bad O2 sensor. At this point I have become frustrated with the whole situation, so I called BMW of North America to file a complaint. As I’m on the phone with them, I open the MyBMW app to get the VIN, and I notice my car is moving. After the call to BMW of North America, I immediately called BMW of Tuscaloosa. I tell them I hope I’m getting my car back today, since someone is out driving it. They say the tech is out checking the O2 sensors, and that they are still waiting on cap for the coolant expansion tank. It was still another week before I got my car back. So, they have had my car for 3 weeks at this point. I go to pick it up, and all the ticket says is they replaced the cap on the coolant expansion tank. I was so happy to get my car back, that I was going to just let it slide, but I couldn’t. I called back and asked the service advisor why there is no mention of a bad O2 sensor on the repair ticket. He gave some lame excuse about it testing out and not needing a part to repair it. That makes absolutely no sense, and even if it did, that would all be documented on the repair order. At this point I have lost all trust in the service department at BMW of Tuscaloosa. I will be filing another complaint with BMW of North America and will not be taking my vehicle back there, ever again.

Shopping for a vehicle at Bmw Of Tuscaloosa? Follow these steps to buy with confidence.
Pull the vehicle history report
Run a CARFAX or AutoCheck report using the VIN before you visit. Look for accident history, odometer rollbacks, and title brands like salvage or flood. Ask Bmw Of Tuscaloosa if a report is available for any listing.
Take a thorough test drive
Drive on both city streets and the highway. Accelerate hard. Brake firmly. Listen for any clunks, vibrations, or warning lights. Test the AC, heat, and all electronics during the drive.
Inspect for hidden wear
Check for uneven panel gaps, mismatched paint, or overspray — signs of past bodywork. Push on each corner of the car to test the shocks. Look underneath for frame damage, fluid leaks, or rust.
Get a pre-purchase inspection
Have a trusted mechanic inspect any used vehicle before you buy. A $100–$150 PPI can uncover issues that save you thousands. Ask Bmw Of Tuscaloosa if a third-party inspection is permitted.
Negotiate the out-the-door price
Focus on the total out-the-door price, not the monthly payment. Understand every fee on the sales contract before signing. Dealer add-ons like paint protection and VIN etching are negotiable at Bmw Of Tuscaloosa.
