I bought a G310GS from here, it was a great experience! The salesman was super patient with me, answered all my questions (lots of dumb questions as this was my first bike). Follow ups were equally great! They reached out regarding my plates as soon as they got them, and even let me pick them up to speed up the process :) Definitely recommend!
Aiden made the purchase process super smooth and was very helpful in answering my questions. There are tons of motorcycle options, combinations, and shapes to choose from. I would like them to have more gear options, as the selection was quite limited.
Reviews aren't really my thing, but when customer service stands out I have to make it known. Charlie in service provided me with some of the best customer service, things from offering to do doing the service him self to make sure I got on the road ASAP, getting me into emergency service ASAP even though the shop was closing and keeping me updated and fast responses when my bike has been in service. I truly cannot express how much he has helped me. If you need your bmw serviced, Charlie is the man to see. Im hoping this gets seen or brought up to someone above him to give him an atta boy, day off, raise or something. Thank you Charlie and thank you BMW Seattle!
