Welcome to BMW Motorcycles of Greater Cincinnati. The Allen family has owned and operated Motohio European Motorbikes in Columbus since 2008. Over the years we saw a need for a BMW Motorcycle dealership in the Cincinnati area. After much thought and consideration for our family and the motorcycling community we found a location and building in the reviving city of Middletown.
There is no quality control they did not put the panels properly and the floor mat was lose, also i started having issues with the oil sensor. Also when they brought it to me the battery was completely dead and I had to take the panel off to charge the battery I have a bmw 650gt 2018 Also they unhooked the battery charger I had This is incompetency to the fullest Here you can see the pictures and the video The delivery guy tried to leave the scooter in the back of my house and he could not He never mentioned that the battery was dead This is crazy Everyone in that dealership is incompetent The delivery guy the mechanic the order taker etc Even they told me that the problem with the oil sensor was related because I had no enough gasoline in my scooter
Great facility! Service area run by BMW Master mechanic Jeff, service writer Doug is superior. They worked on my 2009 K1200LT over the winter and it is riding better than it has in years. Wonderful parts dept, they have shipped me parts. Then there's the sales, well Chuck is the guy that sold me said K-bike 13 years ago and I have blamed him ever since. Great staff all around. Kirk has gone over and above picking my bike up in Indianapolis if needed. Beautiful and unique building in Middletown, OH. Check em out.
The sales team here is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Chuck throughout the process of purchasing a BMW G310R from out of state. I could not find one of these bikes in Texas and there was a premium and long wait time to get one new from the manufacturer, locally. Chuck worked with me to ensure there weren't any closer options near by, dealt with all of my questions, handled the shipping craziness, and even sent the manuals and warranty booklets with notes and earmarked pages. The time and service provided here made me want to buy all my items from them and pay for the shipping, cause it's worth it! Thank you for your service and I'm enjoying my bike!
I bought a low miles used GS from these guys. The bike initially had issues and was brought back to the shop for repair. They guys honored this as it was a new bike and repaired at no cost. I really appreciate the integrity of this shop and that they stand behind the bikes they sell, new or pre owned. That's a great way to start a relationship. Don't hesitate to do business with these gentlemen. Thanks Chuck, Kirk, Doug and all the other folks in the shop that go me rolling. Cheers guys.
Overall very nice employees. Reason for the one star is there lack of urgency and not fully transparent. Bought the bike back in March, had my credit submitted and everything before I came in. Arrived on time the next morning and not one person greeted me for about 15-20min. And then the sales rep had me wait for 30-40 minutes because he was busy on the phone. I work in sales and understand that you can be busy on the phone with customers, but when there is a customer ready to buy there in person. You think you would let the person on the phone know you’ll call them back shortly. Then the whole process took forever. Probably about 4 hours, sales rep had no sense of urgency and just slow. Sadly he was nice, respectfully think it was just age and old timer in him, and lack of technology and being with the times. Then I bring the bike for service this week. Called in and got a quote and quoted me in person, price was about $380 for the 6000 service, over the phone they told me a little under $300. Which I thought was fine. Go to pick up the bike today and all a sudden it’s $503. Went up 3 different times. How are we off by that much in a quote for general service that is routine. You would think you be familiar with the cost. If I would’ve known that, I would’ve did the service on my own, or went elsewhere. What do you do in that situation? Just put a bad taste in my mouth about everything. The employees are super nice, but just seems like there is a lack of urgency and out of touch with technology. And the psi is tires were way over filled, front bulging in the center. The service quote being Over promised and under delivered. I understand it’s a BMW and service and parts is pricey. But you over promised and under delivered.
