Fazal, Yassir, and everyone at Blackshire Motors strive to take care of their customers like family. I bought a Toyota RAV4 in January 2025. The buying process was straightforward. All of my questions were answered clearly and respectfully. After purchasing, the team at Blackshire continued to be there for me. I enjoyed discounted rates on oil changes. Most significantly, I had an HVAC drain clog in July when it was 100 degrees, leading to leaking into the car. All mechanics closer to me in PA were too busy to take care of it in a timely manner, except for one who was going to charge me an insane price. Fazal made sure it was properly taken care of and for a fraction of the price quoted elsewhere. I recently sold the car back to Fazal, as I'll be abroad for a while. The selling process was fair and straightforward. Thank you, Blackshire Motors!

Very amazing experience and was the least stressful car buying experience i have ever had. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4 V6 limited last month and it is the best SUV I have ever purchased. The car had only 80,000 miles when i got it. The condition was excellent and the staff were really caring. I never heard of Blackshire until i found my new Rav4 online on a website called "Auto Tempest." I was looking for Rav4s like this one i got here, and this car had the best price and lowest miles. Other Rav4s had 20,000 miles more in my state and wanted $3,000 more. This is why i took the trip to Delaware almost 2 hours away to get it. The staff were friendly. They were really patient with me on the trip and saved the car i wanted to purchase to look at. My recommendation is look online first and make sure you decide what car or truck you want to get first before going. If you know what vehicle you definitely want they will make sure to give you the best experience possible. Thank you to the friends of Blackshire Motors for this amazing SUV and great experience Update 1/18/23 I had this 2011 Toyota Rav4 V6 for 5 months already and i love this car more and more each time i drive. I recently did some modifications to it. A month after getting it i changed out the Interior lights with new LEDs. Recently now i also replaced the low beam, high beam, and fog lights with high quality LEDS on my own and immediately this car feels more brand new then ever before. Considering the amazing deal i got, you can create a new car on a budget. This spring i plan to take it for a full body detailing to clean up the SUV even more. This is the best vehicle i ever own. Great place to buy a car from. I was in an accident and didn’t have much to buy a car and Fazal help me. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t had a problem with my car besides the light not working inside. I called them in was told to bring it in whenever I could. The next day the light was fixed. Everyone there is pleasant.

Bought my dream car (2016 Honda Accord Coupe v6 Touring) here. Everything was clearly explained to me in a way how a normal person would. You felt like you knew what you were doing here. I was offered a beverage along with test driving the vehicle TWICE, once with a mechanic they had in house. My credit score is worthless and I only put $1,600 down payment 🤷‍♂️ A different customer was coming in shopping for a first car for their daughter. Highly recommended establishment for anyone looking for a good purchase.

**[PLEASE VIEW EDITS, THEIR RESPONSE IS UNTRUE.]** We unknowingly purchased a JUNK used car from Faisal, he refused to fix any issues in an effective manner and chose to drag it out until he ultimately refused to fix anything after being confronted. Crystal lied to me about the car's history reports, saying they "didn't have carfax but had something similar" and failed to provide me with said documentation, also advertises on their website that the carfax is available to view when it is not. When we brought the car home (about an hour and a half drive away), the engine and VSC lights came on. The codes given were both catalytic converter codes. He agreed to fix ONE of the converters instead of both, and when he was asked about it he threatened to stop fixing it. Upon being confronted with the very evident fact that he removed the battery cables to clear the computer, he refused to fix anything further and encouraged us to "sue him please". Upon diagnostic with a separate mechanic, it had everything under the sun wrong with it. His response when I asked what was wrong with it, his words were "you name it". computer, suspension, engine, everything. It is a complete Lemon and I will now have a repo on my record because I have to surrender this junk. It's also quite evident to both me and SEVERAL mechanics that he unhooked the battery to reset the computer. Faisal lied to me about having basic repairs done such as Rotors (ALL OF THEM ARE BAD), rear control arm bushings, and brakes, all of which he claimed he did but were not done. ISSUES INCLUDE: The transmission was glued up to seal a leak, and the car was overfilled with oil to accommodate for the excessive oil burning. Stopleak was put into the radiator and is crystalized on the cap, the power steering fluid is black, the windshield leaks, AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKES. Motor makes a humming noise, paint is chipping (repainted from undisclosed accidents), broken pieces from each side of the radio, no antennae, fog lights don't work, driver door doesn't have a stopper, EVERYTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS CAR. He buttered us up about how "oh he'll fix everything, we don't screw people", lies on top of lies. He allowed me to take it to a "local trusted mechanic" but then rushed us back after only 15 minutes on the road with the car. DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM. IF YOU CONFRONT HIM WITH ISSUES HE WILL SCREW YOU OUT OF EVERYTHING. Faisal DOES NOT CARE about the safety of you or your family in their vehicles, he just wants your money. Faisal is just another stingy, greedy, cheating scammer of a car dealer who will take advantage where possible. He put us in danger knowingly selling us a car with safety issues like this. DO NOT LET HIS WORDS AND HIS ""KINDNESS"" FOOL YOU. HE IS WILLING TO PUT YOUR FAMILY IN DANGER. EDIT: owner reply You are liars. I did NOT have the vehicle inspected in PA and it did not pass any kind of inspection after purchase, nor would it have if I tried. I never indicated that it passed inspection for anything. Your comment about "not receiving any service complaints" is complete bull. You have the emails, I stopped reaching out to you because you refused to service my vehicle after you were confronted with the facts of your scummy practices and sold me a complete piece of junk. **EDIT 2:** Included the email Faisal sent in October 2024, further proving I did indeed request service. As well as call logs between me and Faisal during the month of September 2024. You can deny it all you want, "management", the facts remain the same. You scammed my mother and sold her a lemon vehicle, took advantage of us, and screwed us out of $2500. You bringing up the financing means nothing, the repossession was intentional and we allowed it just so we could get rid of it. That was because of YOU.
