So much to stay about how my amazing experience at this dealership was. First and foremost shoutout to John my salesman who was very professional and helpful with my decision on what car was right for me and my family. I was never pressured which won me over and John was able to find the car we wanted and get it delivered to the dealership. The process was one of the Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I only went one time to the dealer and everything else was over the phone and through messages which was so convenient. Again if u want to get a car here i highly recommend thanks again John for everything.

Revised: added service as well First i must say I am not big into giving reviews, but this dealership well deserves. What a great experience I had at this dealership. I live 45 mins away and was shopping around looking for a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee for my son. This was my 4th and final stop! It was well worth my travels. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by Brandon. Right from the get go i could tell he was genuine and not pushy! He listened to all my needs. Very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. He showed me a number of different vehicles and he new the price i needed to be around. Mike Verde the GM came over, introduced himself and sat down and worked the numbers which were very fair. My son wanted the black rims (which came out beautiful) so Mike went out of his way to accommodate my son. He was very professional, also very friendly and not pushy at all!! There was no need for haggling as he cut right to the chase. When I went to pick up the vehicle it also went very smooth. I dealt with Elijah the finance manager again very professional and friendly. He made the process very smooth and quick in signing all the paperwork as he thoroughly explained everything. I am 57 years old and have bought many cars over the years and I must tell you this has to be one of the best if not the best experiences I have ever had! I know for a fact It all starts at the top! Needed an extra key and a couple other things and was treated excellent by the entire staff. All very friendly and professional. From my service advisor Kevin to Joe the service manager who introduced himself immediately and made me feel very comfortable. They took care of all my concerns and needs in a timely manner. Very organized and well run! I must say I am really impressed with the entire dealership. It’s a 40 min drive for me, but well worth It!! Personally for me it’s a hidden gem and would recommend all aspects of this dealership! Thank you!!

awful service department. purchased truck July 2024, 2 months later it was making a loud noise, brought in for service- they said it was fixed- it wasn't -I got home, it was still making the noise the next day. I called several times to schedule service- each time told me they have no courtesy cars available and would need to keep the vehicle for several days. So they assured me they would call me when they had a courtesy car available so I could drop the vehicle off- that was in January 2025- still haven't received a call almost a year later (I obviously gave up and went to a more reputable dealership).....I even emailed the service department manager with no response. A dealership is only as good as its service department. They are quick to make a sale and have you sign on that line but after that you're on your own, because they are not quick to take care of a vehicle they sold you.

Recently just Leased a 2025 Jeep wrangler and very happy I did. Really a exciting Jeep and a Hybrid which is a great experience. My sales rep is Andrew and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process from the first time we spoke. From the beginning I explained what I was looking for and it took him 2 days to Locate the Jeep and gave me a call. He's a very easy going and felt no pressure. If your ready for a Jeep take a ride to Mohegan Lake and ask for Andrew and you'll be happy you did. Also had the pleasure to speak to Chris and he also was very helpful and accommodating and very sincere. Thank you all and see you at service!
