I have to say this might be the best experience I've had at a legacy dealership in a long time. He answered all my questions about the trade-in, helped me get everything squared away before I even arrived, and then took the time to show me around since it was my first visit to the dealership. It made the whole experience seamless. I also want to shout out the finance team. I forgot the gentleman’s name, but I told him about a bad experience I had at another dealership, and he made sure to walk me through every piece of paperwork clearly so I understood everything. That meant a lot. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership and the team here.
Pretty good experience. Financing stayed late to work with me, I wish there was more assistance with the insurance esp on a brand new car. But other than that, a good experience. Negotions were fair and Roque was straight forward. Gave me a good tour of the car before I left and waited in pretty cold temps with me while I emptied out my old car (and took pics!)
