Chose Bical after receiving multiple offers from GM regarding our soon to end Equinox lease. Although the Chevy came from a Jersey dealer, thought we’d give Bical a try since we live in Brooklyn. One thing that always annoyed me after getting a car from a jersey dealership was the need to get a New York inspection done relatively quickly. And we were looking for a Cadillac this time. We walked into Bical and weren’t “attacked” by a salesman right away. Taking our time to look for around, we noticed a 2026 Cadillac XT5 that appealed to us. When we expressed interest, salesperson Rose Becerra introduced herself and offered to answer our questions. Further, she arranged for a test drive. When that proved fine, we entered in negotiations. Bottom line is we received all the incentives offered by GM in addition to Bical taking on the remaining lease payments. Rose was right there with us through our whole process and helping us reach an acceptable lease for the Cadillac. We took it off the lot a few days later and are happy with our choice. Rose was great through the entire process as was Jamil and Megan. We’re thinking that we’re done with Jersey dealers and the tolls involved with visiting them. Right here, in Brooklyn, is a great Chevrolet, Buick and Cadillac dealer that is worth a try. And ask for Rose, she’ll help you find the right car and deal for you.

Bical Auto Mall (2859 Flatbush Ave, near Kings Plaza Mall) was a great experience. I was a previous owner of a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer LT AWD (purchased at Bical Chevrolet Valley Stream), but I've always wanted the RS AWD. In 2023, they were scarce and I needed a vehicle right away then. So 2½ years later, on a whim, I walk in to the Flatbush Ave location and met an awesome salesperson, Rose Bezerra. She allowed me to browse around without hovering and smothering my dealership experience. Although I pretty much was set on what I wanted to purchase (and I purchased EXACTLY what I wanted - model, color and all), I did not want to feel rushed into just a buying experience and the old outdated salesman pitches and scripts. ROSE BEZERRA (my salesperson) was extremely professional and slowly became personal with my purchase experience. She did not oversell and then not live up to her promises. She was intentional with communicating exactly what would transpire. I HIGHLY recommend allowing her to be your salesperson at this dealership, as she and the rest of the staff are aware that "an educated consumer is the best customer". Megan Soroka was the financial expert who sealed the deal with the best affordable offer for me on the financing side. Kudos to this dealership and I give them 5+ stars

On September 25, 2025. I took my car to get a front end inspection done because of a vibration throughout my front end, and steering wheel. As seen in video #1, I was charged an absurd amount of money for 1.5hours of labor when my car had sat in the shop for most of the time. My dashcam picked up from 11:22AM-11:45AM of when my car was started up, put on the lift for about 3 minutes, and drove for approximately 9 minutes to see what the cause of vibration was. In the test drive, the Tech even scrapes my front lip, and damages it from the bottom up, failure to slow down on a decline leaving the dealer lot (Video #2). My car is not Lowered, and is stock ride height. Upon finishing, I was told that the issue was both front rotors which I FRESHLY installed on 9/19/2025. They are OEM SPEC for my car straight from GM. The mechanic argued that they were warped, and when I went to present him with proof of them being brand new, he very clearly stated "I DON'T CARE! I DON'T CARE". I then stated for him to take my vehicle out of the shop so I can be on my way. Very horrible service center. They have failed me and many other customers it appears.
