I was recently shopping for a new car following an accident I had in mine. My mother and I drove from Jackson to Memphis to look at a car. Our salesman was Hanni and he was wonderful! He made us a great deal and ultimately the only reason I did not purchase the car is because it reminded me too much of the car wreck (it was the same make and model I had before.) I can’t say enough about what a good experience we had with Hanni. He was extremely professional and kind. I didn’t feel pressured in the least and felt totally comfortable. Need the Better Business Bureau. Because, English was terrible. Need a to hire a translator. Had to make many trips for the title and bill of sale. They didn't keep personal documents; unprofessional kept asking if I paid. IWhat??? Gave them 10 racks for a seem to be descent car ...cool ,,no big complaints on that Thurs far. If u want the run around, with people who don't value customers enough to understand English...Go Here
