We test drove on a Friday.... Went to get Funds from our bank. We went on Wednesday to pick it up and was at the dealership maybe 30mins.... I would highly recommend as we have decided already to purchase our next vehicle from no one else but Bergeron! I brought my lightly used Gladiator to Bergeron Jeep after noticing paint bubbling on the hood and hinges. From the start, the experience exceeded my expectations. I have been going to Bergeron since I purchased my vehicle. As of the last 3 years the service I have received has been horrible. My first experience is when I had my A/C repaired I was told it was $2,400. with that being said it went out in a year. I brought it back they claim they repaired it. It went out again the next year and I made and appointment for and loaner car and I was told they had none. So I had to bring in my car when I can get another vehicle. With that being said now my 2 yr warrant is up and the same part that was supposed to be fixed twice I was told to repair it again it would be $2,700. So now we move on to the other services I asked for when my car was there. I asked can I get my oil change they told me yes. When I got there the oil was changed (I hope)however I was not given a new sticker to know when I need to return. I am a female and I depend on that. So now I have to wait until the car oil light comes on to know when to change it. And last and finally, I asked for a quote about my seat beat that was wrapped around my seat. How much would that be to repair. I asked the service guy who helped me Chris and he just snugged his shoulders and was like it didn't get done. I said well can I get a ball park figure of the cost and I was told $100.00 for labor. I don't know if i was treated this was because I refuse to pay $2,700 more dollars. Either way in my own opinion it was unfair and very unprofessional and I will never return to that location again.

Bergeron is the best!!! Last week I drove in at 4:20 pm and asked if they could do an oil change. The service dude said they had one space open. I handed over the keys and hung out in the waiting area. 15 minutes later, Stephen, my service guy, came in saying “you’re ready to go. “. WHAT?!!! 15 minutes!!! The oil was changed, tires inflated to proper level, air filter replaced. Stephen said “you got here at the perfect time, like having dinner all ready when you get home from work!” From the first day I walked into this dealership to purchase my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee, to oil changes, etc. the staff is totally outgoing and so friendly plus knowledgeable with no “nonsense double speak”.
