My son and I really enjoyed our visit to bentley tampa bay. I am a disabled vet And my son were shown every courtesy and hospitality. we're allowed to Test drive several models.... both kelly and rodney were both very helpful and friendly with both of us.... I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a value on a Highly Distinguishing vehicle...
I just picked up my Bentley Supersports yesterday. I took it in to get my infotainment system fixed. I was told last week that they are putting in a new unit and the car would be ready on Weds. It was right on time. That doesn't usually happen with car dealers. Arek Zapal knows a lot about my Bentley and has given me some pointers on taking care of the care. WON'T EVENT ANSWER MY TEXTS AFTER KEEPING MY CAR FOR 4 MONTHS WITHOUT AN OFFER. I bought over 5 cars from this dealership in less than 2 years. 4 bentleys and one Rolls. THEY CALL YOU EVERY DAY WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO BUY A CAR BUT WHEN YOU WANT TO SELL THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. So Its all fun and games when you are buying from them but when it comes to trading the car or God forbid selling what they sold you (2 months ago) is so unprofessional. Thats when they tell you that car is not worth that much, (the brand new car with 2.000 miles) there are many others being sold for less. (which you were of course never told about when you were buying... And you are asked to drop %25-30 on a car you bought 2 months ago. (this is not one car btw. Im writing this cause this was done to me in every car I bought from them.) I couldn't even sell it cause they offered much less than the market (cause again they say we have to pay our bills...) and I always had to trade for another. But the last Bentley I got, I paid about 285k and after 2-3 months and 2k miles, I was told it could sell for not more than 215-220k this is ridiculous. Cause when I was buying they went on and on about its one of a kind and everyone wants it so I shouldn't miss it. They said they can sell the car with %7 comission btw so that would leave me with 210k at best?? and AFTER KEEPING THE CAR FOR 4 MONTHS THEY ARE NOT EVEN ANSWERING ME. SO I HAD TO PICK UP MY CAR YESTERDAY. So its on me, its my fault that I have trusted them. I just would hate to see others go thru the same thing...
