I would like to first start by saying that Mary In the service department was excellent to work with and the service technicians did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I know she does not make the final call on service that needs to be done and this review will address that. My truck in 2024 F150 platinum with 29,500 miles that was brought in for a humming noise I noticed after having an oil change and tire rotation done at the quick lane center. Upon inspection by the service team at Bayshore Ford, they noticed that the bearings needed to be replaced in both front and rear wheels. After doing the repair, Mary called me to let me know that the vehicle is done, but it also needed an alignment and tire balancing I had noticed that unusual wear was happening on the outside of my tires after the tire rotation aside from the humming noise. Mary told me I would be responsible for the cost of the Alignment and balancing? This is Ford motor companies policy and not that of Bayshore Ford. How is this possible since it seems to me that this all occurred starting with the tire rotation and then they repair? This is the second F150 $85,000 vehicle that I’ve had issues with in the past two years! I have owned many Ford trucks and own a business that uses 30 vehicles and will never buy a Ford vehicle for my fleet!
Matt Kiernan and the team at Bayshore Truck Center made it easy to purchase my 2017 F250 Super Duty !, yes there was a small problem with the truck but Matt guaranteed me it would be taken care of Professionally and rather fast when I took the truck home two days later the engine light came back on made a appointment , dropped my truck off and they were so sloooooow diagnosing and throwing parts to try and remedy the problem when I told them what was wrong with it !, my oh my I wished I would have never bought anything from these folks !, no communication from service department to the sales department a week later I get my truck back with no gas in the tank I left them a truck with less than a half a tank and did not reimburse me either! Stay away from this Dealer !
