After dealing with Farmers insurance for weeks with no success I contacted Bud Bauer with Bauer car connection and got an evaluation on my totaled 2013 Prius. Once I gave the evaluation to my insurance company they increased the amount they were offering, but not for the full amount. So I called Bud again seeking advice. He told me exactly what I should do and what I should say to them, along with his assurance that if this requires going to arbitration he will take care of everything needed for using the "arbitration clause" of my policy. However that wasn't necessary, because within 48 hours after I contacted Farmers armed with the name "Bud Bauer" as my arbitrator and the advice he gave me, I received an updated offer for the full amount of my evaluation! I would not have received fair treatment, or the full amount from Farmers without the help of Bauer car connection. The service they provide is essential for getting a fair settlement from insurance companies, and if I ever have another auto claim again I will not hesitate to use them.
