I bought a car from them this week, Ed was our salesman and we also worked with a manager Greg. It was an easy painless buying experience no hidden fees, no games or nonsense. While looking for a vehicle we dealt with some other places that were less than honorable, unpleasant and rude. Buying from Battles was an easy transparent experience with real people that treat you with respect. This is the second time I’ve bought from them. I would highly recommend them.
Top-notch service and integrity. I switched to Battles after a poor experience elsewhere, and the difference in honesty and quality is night and day. My only suggestion to management would be to improve the waiting room amenities. It’s hard to work remotely there due to the lack of tables and spotty Wi-Fi, and some snacks at the coffee bar would be great. But as long as they keep taking such good care of my car, I’ll keep coming back!
Jason was great, including updated communication on status. We thought we had an issue with the key fob and it was a simple battery issue that they resolved at no charge. Excellent customer service and that was the first time we have brought our car there for service. They will definitely be our dealer of choice for service.
I went to this dealership considering purchasing a vehicle, but during the visit I mentioned that I was not comfortable buying from a company that treats its customers the way I was experiencing. The manager’s response was simply “OK, that’s fine,” delivered in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that moment on, I was treated as if I did not matter at all. As a customer, I expect professionalism and basic respect, even if I decide not to move forward with a purchase. The way I was spoken to made me feel completely disregarded. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values respectful customer service on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values respectful customer service
