So I thought I was getting a good deal when I got this 2018 Lincoln Navigator reserve used from them under 100,000 mi. I purchased the gap insurance and the 60,000 mi bumper-to-bumper warranty. It took about a couple months for me to notice that my 24-in nice rims were rattle can gunmetal gray and all the rattle can spray paint is coming off of it. It was a $29,000 vehicle and after finances and all the fees that ended up being $38,000 So they threw in some hidden fees I guess. The problem is as soon as I get in the car it needs an oil change all the windshield wipers don't work The sunroof doesn't work And it's already showing signs of transmission issues and every time I've called to ask for a damn sales manager as Robert the salesman had told me to do over a week ago no one has returned my phone call. They took my information over three times that I've called up there. So I guess I'm going to head up there myself to see what they're going to do about this misrepresentation of a vehicle that I bought. I couldn't be more pissed and dissatisfied with this dealership and especially the way that they treated me. I thought the salesman was cool in a good guy but whenever I called with these issues he acted like he had no idea how to even go about handling it lol
