I am writing this review in hopes of finally receiving a response and resolution from Barry Sanders Supercenter. I purchased a vehicle from Barry Sanders Supercenter in Stillwater, OK on December 26, 2025. As part of the transaction, I traded in my previous vehicle and provided an additional $1,000 down payment. The dealership was responsible for paying off the remaining balance on my trade-in, with a payoff date of January 20, 2026. As of today, that payoff has not been made. Neither I nor the lender have received returned phone calls despite multiple attempts. Because the payoff was not completed as agreed, my credit score has dropped by more than 80 points. When I contacted the dealership for assistance, I was informed that my paperwork could not be located and that I would need to re-sign the entire deal. I have called daily and left voicemails this week, but I have not received any return calls or clear answers. Additionally, I have not received the title for the vehicle I purchased, and no one has been able to provide an explanation or status update. This has been extremely concerning. I am also seeking clarification regarding the financing terms. The vehicle’s MSRP is approximately $34,000. I was initially told the total would be around $52,000 due to negative equity on my trade-in. Upon reviewing the paperwork, I am now seeing figures that reflect a total of approximately $72,000, which I do not understand and would like formally explained. I am not seeking conflict — only communication, transparency, and fulfillment of the original agreement. I am asking for a representative from Barry Sanders Supercenter to contact me promptly to resolve the payoff, title, and financing discrepancies. I hope this review leads to accountability and a timely resolution.
One star so I could at least write a review... perfectly clean truck with powder coated wheels... asked for a tire rotation and they didn't have the mind to even mention what the outcome would look like... no thought, nothing. Want quality? Don't buy Ram or trust dealer techs... you should hear the story of when it was new! Awesome work! I'll pay someone else to fix it. Thanks....
DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I recently totalled my jeep and had looked at a jeep on their website. On Thursday 01-22-26 they contacted me and I told them I was without a vehicle and since the winter storm was rolling in the following day, it would be sometime the following Monday before I could come look at the vehicle I was interested in. Then they reached back out and offered to pick me up and give me a ride on Friday. And I thought wow, how nice! So I took them up on the offer. BAD IDEA. Once they realized that I didn't want to buy the vehicle I came to look at, they suddenly were too busy/understaffed to take me home. I live in Edmond so this means I was stranded with no vehicle in Stillwater! I had to rent a car just to get back home. The salesman didnt care and the manager lady that came out to speak with me was rude and dismissive and couldn't care less. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS!! Go across the street to the Ford dealership. They were very nice and after hearing what had just happened with Barry Sanders Supercenter, offered to give me a ride home. That's how you gain and keep new customers. Not by pulling a bate and switch and leaving them stranded. SHAME ON EVERYONE AT YOUR DEALERSHIP! Update (Feb,5th 2026): I'm updating this review now that the dealership has replied to my review. THEY ARE FLAT OUT LYING. THEY DID NOT OFFER TO TAKE ME BACK TO EDMOND. I WAS IMMEDIATELY TOLD THEY WERE UNDER STAFFED AND WOULDNT BE ABLE TO TAKE ME HOME. AT WHICH TIME I LOOKED UP THE CLOSEST RENTAL PLACE AND TOLD THEM TO TAKE ME THERE. THE SALESMAN INITIALLY TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE TO ASK HIS MANAGER IF HE COULD AND AT THAT POINT I TOLD HIM I WASNT ASKING AND HE HAD BETTER TAKE ME TO THE RENTAL PLACE. ITS BAD ENOUGH THAT YOU TREATED ME LIKE THAT AND LEFT ME STRANDED, BUT ITS EVEN WORSE TO COME ON HERE AND CALL ME A LIAR. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!! WAY TO REALLY SHOW WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE YOU ARE AND WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS YOU RUN. I'll say it again..DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
