Went in for an oil change and fuel filter change, came out with these damages the manger Michael stated he would have my vehicle detailed the appointment for this is unscheduled as well as my truck still saying fuel filter needs to be changed. I waited for 3 1/2 hours WITH an appointment. Very poor service. No one seems to care enough to do anything when I do speak to someone on the phone.
