Went in for my vehicle's 2nd oil change I'd scheduled with Balise Nissan. The mechs checked me in with professional courtesy the moment I arrived. Coffee was offered. I chose hot chocolate instead. There was a hot beverage dispenser in the waiting area. The waiting area seating was comfortable and warm. It's winter, so I felt this was awesome. I brought a book with me; thinking this will be the usual hour ++ timeframe. One cup of hot chocolate and several pages later, I was told that my oil change AND tire rotation was all set! Professional, efficient, and courteous: A perfect 5-star visit!
